Refunds and cancellations follow the rules of the airline, hotel or resort you booked. Your agent will explain these rules before you pay.

Requesting a Cancellation

Call (866) 203-9650 as early as possible. Requests are processed according to supplier policies.

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method once released by the supplier. Non-refundable fares and rates cannot be refunded.

Agency service fees may be non-refundable where stated at booking.
